We were house hunting from out-of-state. Maria did video tours with us to save us from having to come to South Bend every time a potential house became available. After our first tour, Maria understood our needs and helped with suggestions to better narrow our search. Maria advocated on our behalf during negotiations with the seller. Wow where do we begin. Maria was amazing from the beginning. When we were on vacation our bladder tank went out. Maria went to our house cleaned up the water and called someone to come out and fix it. She always knew what to say and do to help us.
